  • I heard back from the Manager! He saw my review on here, and apologized for not responding to my email. I trust he didn't even get it. He pointed out that all of what I mentioned has been rectified, and ankowledged all of my complaints were valid ones. I suppose that's all I wanted - was someone to say, 'hey! i'm listening!', and I got it, from the Manager. Only took a year. And on that note, he offered me a complimentary evening out, to give Lou Dawg's another go. And on that account, I'll increase the rating to 3 stars, from the lousy 1 I originally gave them. I won't be going. Too many fails, that I just can't return. It was a nice offer, though. Just too little, too late, i suppose!
