  • I contacted Mike Hobaica. He came over personally, and for well over a hour he went through my attic and on my roof. Mike recommended to replace the unit instead of fixing the old one. He explained that it would be much more cost effective. He also explained the long term cost savings from a energy stand point. This was ten years ago! It was one of the best decisions we made on our house, and to do business with Hobaica's. I HIGHLY recommend Mike and his team at Hobaica Services!
