  • Terrible service, worst management, rude staff. Or you can say bunch of thieves working at this dealership who manipulate you to spend money on unnecessary work for your car and still don't do their job right. I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR IF I COULD. They made me pay $1000 to fix an engine light signal on my Mazda and it's still on. They made me buy a gas cap twice because they said the original one was too generic. My service agent was Bill, I asked him to call his manager and the manager turns out to be a biggest crook who didn't give a shit of his customer service and straight away demanded over $500 more. I told him that I'll call corporate so he gave me this look like "WHATEVER". Now my family, friends, and I are going to write on every social media about my experience at this dealership until they either give me my money back or fix the issue once n for all. I warn all the readers or Yelp users about not to go to this dealership as you're gonna get ripped off by them.
