  • This hotel has a great location, and that is about it. We stayed for a concert at the Air Canada Center. The lobby is pretty tacky, as is the decor throughout. Our room on the 6th floor was dirty and bare bones. There were red stains on the floor, furniture was frayed and dirty, wall "art" was all banged up, phone was a cheap hand held from 1983. The air conditioner barely worked on max and the room was too warm for a cool early spring night, making sleep difficult. The bedding was nothing spectacular, beds were average, and the bathroom nothing to write home about. This place is a glorified Best Western. It looks nice from the outside but you will not be impressed with the inside and your room. Even worse is the prices, we paid $300USD for our room and felt completely ripped off. Will never stay here again.
