  • I have to shout out that Bill gave me excellent service and beyond. I can't believe there are still professional people of his breed servicing Las Vegas. He installed my ring 2 doorbell. I had to call him back twice. First he came to install my unit which turned out to be defective. He came back to install the new unit a few days ago. And just today because my unit was not charging properly, I had to call him again. He not only came right away but he also took the trouble of calling the Customer support twice and become the bad guy for me. He asked for a replacement right away the first time and now told them to upgrade my unit. He never charged me a cent. He was always pleasant and didn't seem upset that I called him again for the second time. He even helped me download the app and left only when everything was working. Hopefully I do not have to call him a 3rd time but he told me to do so if the problem was not solved. I definitely will recommend him to everyone who will need his services. He is indeed a rare breed.
