  • I like this place and have been going here for years, but do have one complaint. It seems that they may have started paying their guys on a commissioned basis? It's almost like walking onto car lot or a furniture store. Now, don't get me wrong .. it used to be where you couldn't find ANYONE to help you, but now it's almost over-kill. Also, the last time I was in there I had a tree being held for me that was special ordered from when I was in the day before and was told "once your rep is done helping another customer, he will be able to help you". I expressed my concern with the guy who told me this and he "hesitantly" helped me get the tree and load it into my truck which was appreciated as I really didn't feel like standing around to wait for the guy who helped me last time. There should be a way that they can do a commission split or something when this happens.
