  • I have lived here for 5mnths, so I have definitely been here long enough to really get a feel for it. If I have ever had a concern, the office was very quick to immediately address it. Most mornings I love getting coffee downstairs and then taking my dog over to the dog park that is on the grounds. Being next door to the Publix grocery store is very convenient, as well as the restaurants and shops that are nearby. I also love that the office puts together little events and goodies for us frequently. Who doesn't love coming home from work and randomly having a gift bag with wine and goodies at their door? This is also the first place that I have lived where the office comes to me to ask if there is any maintenance they can do in my apartment, such as changing the air filter or spraying for bugs, etc. The staff go out of their way to make the residents feel truly at home. Living in southend can be a little pricey, but I definitely feel like Camden Southline is beyond worth it.
