  • I had my car inspected by another local mechanic shop who told me this weird engine sound I was having was from loose engine mounts. Then I was told that my water pump was bad and front struts. I was suspicious and thought I'd be better off getting a second opinion. Well another close shop I found was SSC. I spoke to George who was nice. I told him my issue and he did not even probe me to ask which shop told me that he just simply said to let me bring it in to at least make sure those things needed to be fixed. Well after only a couple hours I was called and told that mounts and water pump were fine and that actually my problem was bad front wheel bearings. I was nervous but gave the ok to fix it and shortly later in the day I was called to pick up the vehicle. I was scared the sound would still be there. I paid and then drove off trying to listen for it. IT WAS GONE!! I was so happy! They were great, they did not gloat or trash the other shop. Like I said they didn't even ask who told me that. Anyways, this was my first experience with this shop and I'll be going back to them in the future that's for sure!
