I give the guys who moved me 5 stars but the customer service from Brian could be better. I wasn't told if I paid with credit/debit that I would be charged 4% interest. I set up the service by phone and they took my debit to hold the job but never notified me of the charge until the move. Brian the owner could have responded better than he did when I told him I was upset about not being told of the fee. The fee wasn't a lot but it's nice to know before hand so I'm not surprised. I hope they make it a point to tell customers of the charge prior to the day of move so they know what to expect.
