My car was totaled two Months ago. I filed a GAP claim. The GAP insurance paid for most of the fund, but they tolf me that they can't pay for the AutoNation Vehicle care program untill I cancel the service and get them thr proof. I called this AutoNation location, where I purchased my car, multiple times and spoke to two people from finance department over a month ago. They all told me that they will take care of it for me and asked me to email them the insurance paperwork. I sent them everything that I received from insurance company and Honda Financial Service, which provided excellent service. I also contacted Auto Nation online service to ask for help, twice. They promised me that they will contact Auto Nation Honda E Las Vegas and also have they service group to handle my case. But I have received no info or even a call from them to give me an update. I don't recommend this kind of service.
