This is by far the best work out I have ever done. I've done Pilates, Barre, Kettlebells, TRX and this HIIT workout is a blast! And you get to punch/kick bags which is SO much fun! (Great stress relief)
It will be my 2 year anniversary at this gym and I am so happy its doing well and growing! You will not be bored, your body will change and you may scream a few choice words during the workout but you will love every minute of it. I also like how the trainers challenge you and even after all this time; my muscles still get sore. Love love love that feeling!
Not only do I enjoy the workout but I have made some wonderful friends and look forward to coming everyday.
