  • I thought I had found my forever dentist- everyone here is wonderful. However, they require text confirmation of your appointment starting about a week before or they will cancel you. I received three texts and responded "yes" to them all. When I showed up my appointment today, they said they never got the texts and cancelled my appointment. Super annoying considering I have to hire a babysitter for my dental appointments. I'll be looking for a dentist that gives you your appointment time when you make the appointment- I'm out a checkup and $30 for a babysitter because somehow their system didn't receive my texts.
