So, I met Pasquale. He went above and beyond the call of service. He has his best technicians to check and service the RAV4. ALL the items I have concerns with are being dealt with. He explained to me about EVERYTHING they will be doing. It is all going to be worked on. It IS going to be done. It IS going to be done right. Yes, they understand and know, looking at the history of our vehicle, the problem(s) should not have happened.
I keep going to get my RAV4 serviced at Maple Toyota. I really have to say, since Pasquale was recruited, changes were made for the best of the business. I would not go anywhere else.
Others may choose to. My suggestion, don't go from one place to another as the service department will not know you.... or your vehicle. You won't build a client base relation. It can help in the long run with maintenance or when buying another vehicle at the same location you get your vehicle always serviced up.
