  • I called Croft Mechanical after 1 nearby competitor quoted me a very high price and another was closed during their business hours. Croft mechanical was my last attempt before before heading home defeated for the day. Tom answered, gave me a quote over the phone, and told me to bring it by. Not only did he fix my McClane mower on the spot, he had to make many unexpected small repairs. I stood and watched while he constantly fine tuned things that I had not asked him to fix. In The end, he still only charged me the quoted price which was much less than the competitor I walked out of luckily. He did extra work, didn't charge extra and my mower is running better than ever. It's very refreshing to find good contractors that actually make me take the time to write a review. In this case I was so happy to have this mower fixed on the spot and for such a reasonable price I had to share.
