So we had Yes come out twice to try to get our a/c fixed. The first time things got temporarily fixed up but we were told that all the units were about worn out and we would have to think about replacing all three. The second time I was the only one home and the service guy showed me that the one unit was frozen and told me it was probably frozen all the way up in the attic too. So we shut that unit down so it could thaw out.
That's when I called my boyfriend and he suggested we call another place to get a second opinion. That's when I turned to Yelp. I went ahead and called M& K because they have the most positive reviews. When this guy showed up I gave him a quick rundown of what I was told by the other guy and he went right to work. Got his ladder out of the truck so he could get in the attic, which is much more than I saw the other guy do. After a short time he came down to inform me that it was only a $39 part, which is slightly different than the $20,000 the Yes guy told me it would cost.
I had to share this with everyone because of the unbelievable difference in price and service. If you need your a/c fixed, don't call Yes unless you want to be ripped off.
