I tried to call for prices for routine repairs like oil change, tire rotation, and brakes. They sent me to voicemail and nobody returned my calls for several days. I decided just to take the car over to the dealership to get the prices. $150 just to look at the brakes to give a price to fix them. Really? For brakes, they can't tell you the price of a routine repair and need $150 just to tell you a price. Rotating tires at Volvo $100, no thanks. Walmart charges $9/tire for unlimited rotations for the life of the tire for brainless work like this. Oil change $150. I'm sure this is what they charge Volvo corporation for warranty work and don't need to be bothered with paying customers. Use Volvo for warranty work otherwise you're a fool to throw money away on their overpriced fees.
