They have this low sodium Dilusso Turkey at their deli that is the best turkey deli meat I have found in Madison. I recently bought my 10th pound of this dry but moist meat and received my 11th pound free using my Dilusso punch card. A pound is about $8.75 but well worth the extra few dollars if you are a deli turkey fanatic like me. This stuff is mildly flavorful and moist but not slimy as most cheap cuts seem to be. They have several other flavors but I like to let the turkey flavor really speak for it's self and avoid the sun dried tomato and the Cajun varieties, though they are both good. This isn't The 24 karat gold that is Plainville Turkey but it is the best I have found in Madison. It is always better than the co-op's in-house roasted (overly-dry) turkey. The company says this turkey has No gluten. No fillers. No artificial colors. No added MSG on their website. Unfortunately Hy-vee has the worst bread selection so I would advise going to Madison Sourdough co. to complete your sandwich the right way.
