  • I have been shopping at this Smith's store for a long time. I have always had a great experience and the employees very nice and helpful. Until tonight-I had a return and went to Customer Service. A guy by the name of Seth came to the counter. He took my return and without any communication just started putting the refund on a gift card. Did not explain anything-seemed very bothered that he had to help me. Such POOR Customer Service. I do not want to come back ever again after that experience. I was totally treated like I was a waste of his time.
