  • We would recommend Ideal Energy to anyone who wants amazing and prompt customer service. Alex, Elena, and their team have been great to work with. We live in a slump block house that was built in 1973. Needless to say it was in need of new insulation and additional energy saving work. After completing an energy audit for us in 2012, it has resulted in much lower energy bills, saving us at least $50 or more on our electric/heating bill every month! Today was the 3rd time we have had them out for various work and they did not disappoint. They installed a new AC for us in a timely manner and made sure that we received the best price available. We really appreciate the fact that they are nice, truly careful about the quality of service they give, and above all leave us with peace of mind that we are getting a great product every time we need something. On a side note, they make sure to clean up everything before they leave. I cannot say that about most contractors we have had in the past. Thank you guys!
