rev:text	Others may find this company is just fine but we went to the location on Mountain View after my wife was ordered to take a chest xray due to complications from chemo and needed it now. There was an hour and a half wait and so we asked if we could sign in and go have lunch for 45 minutes or so....no. And not just no but an unsympathetic no. So they said we could make an appointment online and I told them we needed this by 3pm tomorrow in the Dr hands because of the issue. "I don't know when it will be". Ok .. we are going to sign up here and then I'll work on making an appointment. So I tried the appt. on line. Could not find chest xrays and was told on the phone earlier and by our Dr. that chest xrays were walk in although the guy at the desk poo pooed that (he had all the customer service manor of a bill collector). So...online I selected other because there wasn't chest xray, entered all the information and got "An appointment person will call within 24 hours". Yea that was going to work. I tried again picking "general xray". This time I got the option of an appointment time at 9:10 am the following day at the location right next to our house in Westland. We made sure of the address with the front desk at mountain view and they gave it to us. Great, we decided to walk in today anyway to try to get it done. Guess What!!! IT IS CLOSED AND HAS BEEN FOR 2 WEEKS AND THE DOCTORS OFFICE THEY SHARE WITH HAS NO IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON. Apparently SMIL doesn't either because no one warned us this location was closed and the web site allowed us to create a confirmed appointment on line. Unbelievable!!!!
