  • I am very disappointed to this location as I really enjoy their desserts at the downtown location. First, the matcha ice cream was already melting when they were making the twirl.. after 1 min my ice cream became a liquid. This did not happen at all at the downtown location even though I have been there a lot of times. Second, the store was super hot. No air condition system yet or just no? Maybe that's the main reason my ice cream melted soooo fast. Last, they first gave me a almost half full of ice cream and then I asked if this was it. They took it back and gave me a new one which is this in the picture. The same amount. Is this even the same place or what? I had to drink mine. Not a good experience. Never going back again.
