  • I honestly feel like most of their customer base is walk-ins ending in a one time visit. The service was way below expectations. The guy doing my hands was making excuses for several things and didn't seem to listen to what I asked for. He tried to change my mind on everything I wanted They didn't have the gel color I picked, said it's been gone for a while. (Then get rid of the swatch?) When I tried to pick a new color he was very impatient. Service was minimal-no hand massage, no lotion, and I had to ask for cuticle oil. I'm able to get these things for the same price elsewhere.. I had high hopes for the pedicure as it was a lady doing it. However, she must've been having a bad day because it was very rushed and lacked attention to any detail. She didn't speak one word to me either. I hope if anyone else gives this place a try that they have a better experience than I did.
