You may have noticed GCU referring Yelpers to their resolution team. I emailed them at the address they provided and eventually (today) spoke to the school's Title IX representative. She promised me no one else at the school will have anything to do with me.
Her message was a very politely delivered "Sorry, ha ha!" GCU maintains they do not care about poor Yelp reviews (today's Yelp stats: 42 bad reviews and 38 good ones) and they certainly aren't going to do anything about our "poor experiences", "grievances", or "issues". Something to keep in mind.
