  • I remember when I first started working with Patrick, two years ago this month. I was looking to invest in residential property in Las Vegas for the first time. I searched around for the best agents and ultimately went with Pat. His technique was clearly superior to the rest, who basically tried to kiss my ass the entire time. I wanted numbers and details and proof that I was going to profit from my investments. Pat did that for me. He promised me and made me feel as comfortable and confident as possible, I now own 12 properties in the Vegas area and everything is appreciating, just like he said.
