For the prices they charge, you'd think they would have EXCEPTIONAL service. They don't. I recieved a horrible haircut, dye, and style (that's life, it happens) but what really got to me was the customer service at the front desk. I argued with the receptionist for about 15 minutes because she wanted to charge me when I had a gift card... They ended up getting a manager involved, and the manager comforted the receptionist saying, "it's okay... you just forgot a step..." instead of making ME feel better. No one apologized to me. Ick. Would have had better service at Great Clips, for God's sake.
