  • Definitely not a no-nonsense business. I was lied to and mistreated from the beginning...I was also heckled and exploited over the phone the day of service when Andy's was supposed to pick up my vehicle for service but didn't. The excuse was they couldn't confirm the appointment for service. I confirmed it with Andy's at least 4 times prior to their service. They caused an unnecessary delay and wouldn't pick up my vehicle for the service. I had to reschedule for the next day. I was also told by their technician once it was dropped off and done that whoever I normally take my car to must be messing with my vehicle because there were scratches all over it, and that they did a bad install on a back light (none of which turned out to be true). The scratches actually turned out to be left over wax from Andy's service. The light thing, wasn't another service's error either or even a light install issue at all. Thank you for the coupon but no thank you. If you want a good service without being hassled find another detail shop. This isn't it. If you want to be lured, lied to, and manipulated throughout the service, go to Andy's.
