  • I ordered a meal from your lovely establishment a couple days ago. I waited for an hour and finally walked up to the front to see my food sitting on the reception desk. I have no idea how long it had been sitting there, but that was pretty frustrating. You have my phone # someone could have called me if no one was at reception to take it from you.
