  • Terrible customer service!! Have a line out the door and have 1 person ringing and others standing around. I needed a brow appointment and the brow bar was busy so I waited around with my purchase before asking and got looks like I was some creep. Disrespectful to the consumers and totally need an employee makeover. However I love love love the brow girls they're so nice and make you feel comfortable! Overall costumer service is terrible!!!!
