  • Wow. Big disappointment. We go to the late night tour but we drove right past it because the none of the "Neon" lights for the museum were on. They offered umbrellas but they were children's size and didn't keep us from getting very wet. 10 min into the boring tour and we couldn't stand it being wet & cold. We asked for a refund or even to allow us to come back another day. Four of us spent $104 for the tour & they refused to refund our money or offer a credit. Terrible policy. I get the no refund, but they should give people a rain check. They just lost 4 visitors and we WON'T be back.
