  • If I could give this place negative 10 stars, I would. This mamagment conpany is garbage. I have lived in like 10 different states and I have lived in pretty mediocre apartment complex and dealt with different conpanies but never like alliance. My girlfriend and I lived in a complex called Verano in which it has a different managment company now. It is in Phoenix zip code 85044. We left the complex, the managment said everything was good and even kept our deposit. The managment there changed every 3 months because they sucked so bad. Anyways, this was in 2014. I just recentyl applied for a loan and it showed I was in collection for $123.00? I was like wtf? I never got notified. Anyways, my girlfriend just bought a car the other day and it also showed that she owed $123.00. Wtf? Why didn't we ever get notified of suck BS? This company us unprofessional, don't communucate stuff and whenever u called for them to fix something it took forever. One time this maintanace guy came to my house and said if I was his girlfriends he would fix everything for free real quick. I immediately went and told the manager which didn't guve 2 f***. I could not wait to get out of there and it was the most misserable year of my life.
