  • Thru Costco we were introduced to Western States Flooring. We were very impressed with our sales rep- who came out 3 times to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Once the tile arrived and install started- the team was very communicative and work efficiently. We received 1/2 mis-printed tile from manufacturer which meant 3/4 of the room had to be ripped out due to a stripe that appeared. Western Flooring worked with the tile manufacturer to have new tile to our install within 24 hours and the installers were there to install. Communication was great. They were quick and the end product is awesome! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
