  • For my comment I have enclosed several pictures. My main complaint is with the rude staff. 2nd would be the fact that in the 8 months I've lived here they have shut the water off 6x and only given notice 2x. Every work order has to be approved by corporate who is in California. The manager has tried to charge me for things in my house to be repaired or replaced only to find out from corporate that what she is doing is illegal and she shouldn't be doing it.... Than why is she still fucking employed?! I pay $775 for a 1 bedroom which would be fine if what I named hadn't occurred or the photos I submit weren't taken from my "remodeled" unit lmao! Maybe if the amenities I pay for like the pool or tennis court we're Open I'd be happier since the tennis court is what made my boyfriend and I pick this place over others. We we're lied to as several of the others who are commenting. Nobody cares but maybe they will once people start leaving. I refuse to call the office anymore all I get are lies and same thing from corporate now especially when it comes to them shutting off the water.
