  • Replaced the lamp in my Mitsubishi DLP tv (ordered it thru eBay). Didn't work. Looked online for other diagnosis. Bought a new ballast, also eBay. Took a couple hours tearing the tv apart. Removed and replaced the ballast. No worky! Started looking at new LED tvs at Costco. Decided to look on Yelp to see if there were any shops that did house-calls (65-inch tv doesn't exactly fit in the back seat). It was Friday and I called Valleywide. Yes they do house calls and even on the weekend! Oleg answered and offered to come the next day! He was on time at 9am Saturday. Removed my lamp and ballast and put in a new OEM lamp and it worked. Serves me right for buying parts on eBay. It was likely the lamp I bought. Thanks Oleg.
