  • I am in between 2 and 3 stars for this theater. I have been coming here for years and this is my theater of choice when I watch a movie. The seats are comfortable and of course recline and it is stadium seating so the person in front of you is pretty much non existent and will not block your view. I like the popcorn toppers which Regal does not have. I usually come here because the theaters have a large screen, good volume, and the #1 reason for coming here is for their rule: -If you talk, text, or disturb others you will be asked to leave. Period. Now this is what they advertise and this is what it says on the screen but well we all know how people are and some people don't think rules apply to them. They check the occasional text message or sometimes check quite a few text messages. If it is someone in another aisle you probably won't see it unless they are far away, but if it is in your aisle it is distracting. Again, rules don't apply to some people. My #1 pet peeve in a movie theater is people who don't follow that rule. Sometimes, people that have kids do not teach their children movie etiquette and maybe they should tell them before going into the movie. I get that a kid gets excited about a movie and may want to make a comment. I understand that is normal. One comment or two is acceptable but lots of talking at a normal voice is really not following that rule. I think if people can not follow this rule, why not go to another theater instead of ruining other people's experience? Along that note, to people who bring newborns to a theater, please understand that others are trying to enjoy the movie, we would appreciate if you would please be considerate of others. If your child or baby screams, cries at absurdly loud volumes and you do not remove your child from the theater, that's not nice. I observed this at this particular theater. A row of families all with babies and small children. Two people with babies in particular where the babies cried for the majority of the movie. I understand they are babies and they cry, but it would be nice if people attempted to quiet their screaming baby. I do think most people are considerate but unfortunately there are some who don't care about others. If management and employees here can't enforce their rule, then why have a rule? After paying nearly $35 for the movie, popcorn, drink, and my gas money to drive across town I expect my twice a year movie experience to be a little better.
