  • The company I work for had an old non working unit in a converted garage at one of the homes they purchased and with summer quickly approaching we needed to get the AC running because someone lives there. I contacted 4 companies I found on internet searches. I had each company come out and give us an estimate with a time frame to get the work done. The technician, Tim was early, very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked questions, measured the square footage, looked at the electrical, got up on the roof, he was thorough! Desert Valley had the best price and quickest install so we went with them and we were not disappointed! Tim and his helper showed up at 8AM and got right to work on the new install. I didn't expect all of the work to be done the first day but to my surprise it was! The man living in the house was very pleased with the install as well as the professionalism of the technicians. The new system is running fantastic, thank you Desert Valley for a job well done! I would definitely recommend.
