  • The hours posted are very wrong. I made a reservation for 5:30 on a Thursday, apparently they don't open until 6. I asked the girl standing inside about why they weren't open when I arrived at 5:30 and she was extremely rude. The concierge at The Cosmopolitan had told us they open at 5:30, their website says 5:30, this yelp page says 5:30. The girl I interacted with was short in tone, condescending, slammed the door on us and in no way helpful or apologetic. Since we had a show to get to at 7, we didn't stay and wait for them to let us in at 6. She wasn't just rude to me, she was rude to an entire family waiting as well. I was really looking forward to finally trying this place. I come to Vegas often and I can say I won't ever give this place a try again. Horrible customer service.
