You need to hire a new hostess who knows how to run a dining room. Walked in this morning at 10am and was quoted a 15 minute wait. No problem, we waited outside. 30 minutes passed by and when I went back to ask how much longer, she told me about 45 minutes. Wait, what?? Her exact quote was "I apologize but I didn't realize we had reservations in front of you and it's not like I can make people get out of their seats". That's not what I was asking her to do. But she had the WORST attitude. Good restaurants start with good service the second you walk through the door and unfortunately these business owners need to realize that and do some more training with the blonde.
