  • Used Groupon for round-trip car service to & from airport for visiting family. Filled out res form on line & called to confirm. Was told I'd hear back within 72 hours but my family was arriving in 72 hours & I didn't want to take a chance. Man on phone was rude & I told him to cancel the whole reservation. I called Groupon & explained & was immediately issued a credit for the Groupon price. V-One didn't pick up at airport but DID arrive at my home for return. I explained res had been cancelled to very nice driver who put me on phone with Victor. He insisted I hadn't cancelled, wouldn't listen to anything I said and screamed till I hung up. He called me back on my cell phone, said I was a f---ing b---h, used one profane word after another and said he was sick and tired of those f---ing New York Jews!" I'd walk the 20+ miles to the airport before I'd use V-one
