  • The salon itself is very cute but creates the illusion that your nails will be too. The prices are higher than the quality you receive. Steven did a full set on me & my nails were mediocre, I asked for square & the tips were flared so I obviously had him narrow them but he mumbled under his breath & proceeded to fix them with attitude. He didn't even thank me when I handed him his tip (which I only gave to him because I myself am a server). I asked him for a fan to dry my nails after he finished since he moved me to a station next to my friend while she was getting her nails done but he told me to just squeeze next to her & use the fan at her station! I immediately regretted tipping him at that point. K&M salon on eastern & 215 have the same price range but the quality & customer service are both 100% better! Definitely never cheating on my nail salon ever again
