  • i wrote a great review, in the past when at that time , that location had the best of the best, employees , now months late , all new faces...with attitudes that can be left at the front door. Few bad experience , wrote an email back at least nearly a month ago to corporate , regarding a situation, and still waiting for an resolution....nothing. Recently I have rented a car over this weekend, car was ready , but filthy inside and out. Feed back on this all cars that are ready to go, should be cleaned inside and out, and not be cleaned when the car is about to be rented .When I returned the car , I was asked how the customer service was, I did not reply , since everything has gone down hill, with all the new people and especially the management. I hope Janik reads this who sadly is now a manager at the airport. Long time customer but change of employers at that location, is not always good. Defiantly different atmosphere..
