  • First, the therapist Katelyn was excellent. If you need a deep massage to work out a few knots - this is the girl for you. The pricing was fair. well at least the introduction pricing was fair. I would hesitate to buy massages at their "list prices". Hopefully I will continue to get discounted prices on future visits. And lastly the front desk team was great except for the hard sell on joining the membership and scheduling "your next" appointment. Now to be fair to the girls, they were as sweet as could be and I don't blame them for the sales tactics. In fact I am sure they would be in trouble with corporate and or local management if they didnt give the hard press. And that's where they lost a star from my review. Tip to corporate Massage Envy - let your excellent therapists do the selling with their great performances. Never mind what that marketing consultnant is telling you about increasing sales..............
