  • It's sad because I like to get my nails done monthly and this place is very close to me but I will not be coming back. It was not busy yet she started an actual physical timer of only 30 minutes my mani pedi!! At that point I knew it would be a rushed job. The pedicure water was COLD. You look forward to a warm/hot foot soak. Instead of massaging my feet and legs she merely pounded on them with her fists. Not pleasant. She proceeded to take a 5 minute personal phone call while I was waiting to have my nails done. She talked VERY loudly in her own language the whole time which was very rude and distracting. The nail polish was running low but instead of getting a new bottle she kept adding thinner to it which made the overall manicure very splotchy. Not to mention she filed each of my nails into different shapes, some round, some square. She didn't take any care to push back my cuticles or trim them properly. I could have done a better job at home. Oh and my feet are very rough still. Terrible pedicure/manicure + terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would.
