| - This is the first apartment I've ever lived in and I love it! I had always had houses before, and was apprehensive about moving to an apartment because of horror stories I had heard of bad management, poor quality, noise levels, etc. This complex however, has been awesome!!
The qualities I most wanted in an apartment were 1. Safety 2. Quality 3. Aesthetic appearance 4. Noise levels 5. Reasonable prices
Safety- this place is as safe as apartment life can get. The gated access garage and key fobs everywhere help keep non residents out.
Quality and aesthetic appearance- the apartments are brand new and modern. The 5th floor has gorgeous vaulted ceilings. The floor plans are open and there's plenty of natural light from the huge windows. For the super picky- the counters are a granite composite and not real granite (it's hard to tell though and doesn't make a difference for me) and the floors are not real wood.
Noise level- this place is extremely quiet. I never hear my neighbors. I have heard it's easy to hear through the ceilings if there's someone on top of you, but I think that's common in wood frame apartment complexes.
Reasonable prices- it's not really a bargain with rent, but you get what you pay for, and it's worth it if you need to live in the southpark area.
The location is great, you have several restaurants, the Harris express gym, a spa, and dry cleaners within walking distance.
The office staff are also great- willing to help, no attitudes, friendly, etc.
I can't comment on the amenities because I didn't use them much. The pool and gym seem very nice though and never crowded.
Note: I don't work for this apartment complex and get no kickbacks for writing this review. I just really liked it here.
