I read the reviews on this place and was really excited to try it. I wasn't so much in the mood for sushi but, Japanese food. I ordered the curry rice with beef and it was OK, not too bad but, not quite what I'm used to for Japanese curry. My son ordered the shoyou ramen, while the broth was awesome, the noodles were NOT ramen. They resembled more of a spaghetti than any Japanese noodle I've ever seen. I am not comparing to a packaged ramen noodle, but other authentic noodles; they should have some sort of a wave/ curl to them and a distinct taste. These noodles had neither. I am going to give this place one more shot in hopes that maybe they had run out of their actual ramen noodles and maybe try another entree as well. I have hopes for this place.
