  • I took my car into this body shop to get an estimate to install a car kit as well as change the color of the entire car. We talked to the owner Juan who assured us the job would be done in a week. We explained to him that we had to rent a car and time was important. He reassured us again that his shop is open 24/7 and it would be done. He sat with me to pick out the color of the car, we showed him the areas we wanted black. He said we needed to buy screens for the holes in the kit and to bring them in on Tuesday to pick out the black we wanted them painted. I called on Tuesday to see what time would be best and they said he was not there and could I come in on wed at 4. I drove from the other side of town just to find him not there again. Every time we called he would never call back. We got several calls about what color we wanted the car painted and what color black we wanted. We would just show up and nothing was done to the car. Finally after 20 days of excuses...we called a tow company to tow out car that was taken apart ,but nothing done to it. They never even unrapped the kit to fit it on the car before taking it apart. The place we took it to now has had it 26 days and almost has it done. They even had to put it back together to fit the kit! The place was dirty, the owner was never there, and none of the employees could answer any questions. They would tell use they would have Juan call back and he never did. They made several promises and did not keep 1.
