  • I have been a loyal member of massage envy for several years. No complaints about the facility or their therapists as they are all great. I am however disappointed with the assistant manager Jordan who after beating around the bush finally just said she was choosing not to help make a simple transfer of points to another facility. I have 3 hours of massage credits on my account that were paid for and due to massage envy never being able to accommodate me with a therapist, I wanted to transfer them to my sister and brother in law so that they could enjoy a couples massage at another location. I have had that done before with no problem in May so what's the big deal? I'm considering canceling my membership. Why should I pay in advance for something I can't ever enjoy? Massage Envy is supposed to relax you.... NOT STRESS YOU OUT.
