  • So, G found some termite tunnels and I totally freaked out. We both started researching and came to the same conclusion at the same time - Bills is the place to choose. They offered to come out for an inspection but I just scheduled the treatment - we knew we were dealing with termites and it didn't make sense to have the inspection first. This was a definite 5 star experience! I wish all businesses I deal with were this good. Seriously. Our tech, Donovan, arrived 5 minutes early. He didn't seem irritated that I was pulling into the driveway as he knocked on our front door. We walked the house together. He pointed out the tunnels we hadn't noticed. Then he explained what he was going to do in detail. He answered my silly questions. He explained how the treatment works and why it kills them. The treatment took about an hour, we paid and he explained what to do over the next month to verify the problem was resolved. The service comes with a year warranty so if we notice any more of the pesky buggers hanging out we can call and Donovan will come back out and take care of them and for $150/year we can extend the warranty and they'll come back and treat the house. I'd prefer not to have another problem, obviously, but if we do I won't hesitate to call Bills.
