  • DO NOT rent from this place!!! Not only are the apartments questionable but the staff is shady and will steal your money. When I decided tat I didn't want the apartment die to size, I was told that because I canceled within 24 hours, my $100 deposit would be refunded. When I went to pick up my money, I was told it would be mailed. When a month had passed, I went in to see what the issue is and I was told that I had canceled days later than I had actually cancelled and that I wasn't due a refund. After arguing with the same woman that I had cancelled with, she went into her office and "retrieved" a paper that she claimed showed I had canceled on a specific day. Obviously typed by her. I wouldn't be surprised if this woman was charging people higher rent and skimming off the top.
