  • Happy to see good BBQ in a city surrounded by such upscale restaurants. This is a very small, hole in the wall looking bbq joint. Small seating area inside. Parking lot is decent sized. Call ahead if you want your order ready when you arrive. They charge if you want sauce to go, pretty stupid, who doesn't want sauce on the side. The spicy sauce is good. They have a 10% off coupon on their website, just show them the coupon online and save some money. Rib Platter - $24.99 - Comes with 1 beef rib, 2 spare ribs, and 3 baby back ribs. I love when bbq places have combos like this because I love to try everything they offer. Beef rib was huge and had tender flakey meat. Spare rib fell off the bone and was moist. Baby backs were a little dry. Seasoning was peppery with a little hint of sweet. My side was the Corn Nuggets which were like cream corn poppers, so good. Brisket, fatty, 1lb - $18.99 - Meat melted in your mouth. You can pull it apart with your fingers. Half Smoked Chicken - $9.99 - Good smoke. Had some good juicy meat but some pieces were dry. Burnt Ends, 1/2lb - $12.99 - Disappointing. Not moist or fatty. Very little bark. They do not allow quarter pound orders either.
