  • If you have 2 hours to spare just to wait this is the location for you. Every time I come here The time I spend waiting is more than the time it takes to get what I need done. There's never more than 2 people at a time here and although they are nice they seem more interested in what they're going to sell me, they bring up sales on accessories and how I really need that $50 phone case because mine isn't that protective, ect. Last time I came here was literally that, my last time. I waited 45 mins to buy a SIM card because both reps were helping a couple. Usually I just see one person helping one party but from the min I got there to the min the couple left they were both trying to convince them to get new phones. A older man walked in after me just needing to a pay a bill and had to wait for that and then for me to get my SIM card that also took 20min because they couldn't get the receipt to print. The older man kept repeating that he doesn't know how to use Internet and just has the phone for talking purposes and I watched the guy try to sell him a smart phone and get rid of his flip phone. Get more staff and teach that staff that sales comes after service. I've been going to the location inside arrowhead mall and its exceeded my expectations.
